Project Overview

As part of the broader **Transforming Business** event series by Wirtschaftsjunioren, the 2023 and 2024 editions focused on Generative AI. These events provided insights into AI’s possibilities, rapid innovation cycle, and practical applications for entrepreneurs.  

The series explored AI’s history and evolution while demonstrating how the technology could enhance business operations. Participants were shown how to integrate AI tools into workflows, automate processes, and utilize AI’s ability to memorize and cross-link topics effectively—all tailored to their industries and needs.

Objectives

• Provide participants with an understanding of Generative AI’s evolution, capabilities, and potential applications across industries.  
• Design a structured event series that gradually increases in complexity, making it accessible to attendees with varying levels of AI knowledge.  
• Highlight diverse use cases tailored to the business needs of entrepreneurs, emphasizing practical benefits and real-world applications.  
• Create an engaging environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration among participants.

Solutions

• Implemented a level-based (e.g. Level 01, Level 02, Level 03) structure inspired by video games to guide participants through increasingly complex AI topics across the event series.  
• Delivered interactive sessions where participants could ask live questions, vote on topics, and shape the direction of discussions and demonstrations.  
• Highlighted practical applications, such as brainstorming with AI, creating professional content, building websites, and leveraging AI for digital experiences like shop window installations and product images.  Encouraged collaboration and knowledge-sharing through group activities and discussions, fostering a community-oriented atmosphere.
