Project Overview

With the emergence of tools based on large language models (LLMs), IVECO sought ways to integrate these technologies into the daily workflows of their HR department in Ulm, Germany. Recognizing that AI capabilities would play a significant role in future tools, the goal was to provide an accessible introduction that would help the team adapt, learn, and actively use AI early on.

• Showcase the capabilities of LLMs and Generative AI in an easy, understandable, and hands-on practical way.
• Provide an introduction to this technology tailored for non-tech-savvy individuals.
• Ensure participants could try hands-on examples directly related to their daily work tasks.
• Include a diverse group of participants in terms of gender, age, and roles.

• Delivered a balanced mix of introduction, training, facilitation, and a supervised workshop tailored to the participants' needs.
• Applied user experience methodologies to explain AI concepts, using analogies and comparisons to familiar tools and workflows to ensure clarity.
• Used connected learning techniques to create bridges between concepts, making lessons more memorable and relatable.
• Created an easy-to-follow presentation designed to engage and include all participants, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of skill levels.
